At HALVE SOLUTIONS LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds, returns, and order cancellations.
Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Return
To initiate a return, log into your account, navigate to your order history, and select the order you wish to return. Follow the instructions to generate a prepaid return label. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label. Please send returns to: Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our support team immediately at support@organizedhomelab.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: gift cards, downloadable products, items marked as final sale, and personalized or customized items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the order qualified for free shipping. We provide a prepaid return label at a discounted rate for convenience.
